Development of digital stabilizer (Fusion360 Arduino Accelerometer Gyro 3Dprint) 3D print output (Filament is changed to tough PLA)

前回に引き続きデジタルスタビライザーの続報です。

前回、３Dプリンターの出力を失敗しましたが、今回はフィラメントをタフPLAに変えて再挑戦です。
Last time, the output of the 3D printer has failed. This time I changed the filament to tough PLA.

以前展示会でXYZプリンティングの説明員の方と話して、出力後の加工がうまくいく方法がないかお聞きしたところ、タフPLAを使ってみてはというリコメンドがありました。
Previously, when I talked with an explanant of XYZ printing at the exhibition and asked if there was a good processing method after output, they recommended that you try using tough PLA.

タフPLAは通常のPLAと比較すると強度と表面の硬さが向上しているということで、加工性で言うと固くなったことでヤスリで加工し易くなっているとのこと。
Tough PLA has improved strength and surface hardness compared with normal PLA, making it easy to process with rasp.

普通のPLAと比べると５００円くらい高いです。
色も黒と白だけのようです。
It is about 500 yen higher than ordinary PLA.
The color seems to be only black and white.

他にもラフトをやめたりサポートの方向を変更しなり工夫をしました。
I also removed rafts and changed the direction of support.

まずは出力結果。

ヤスリで加工してみました。確かに加工しやすくなったような気がします。微妙な違いです。（それにしても加工がそもそも下手ですね）
I tried processing with a rasp. It certainly seems to be easy to process.
