3Dプリンター不調。ガイドチューブの継手が破損した。ダヴィンチJr.

やっとM5Stackで作る二足歩行ロボットの制作に取り掛かったのですが、３Dプリンターが不調です。
私の３DプリンターはXYZプリンティング社のダヴィンチJr.なのですが、
どうやらフィラメントのガイドチューブの継手が壊れてフィラメントが送り込まれないようです。
Finally I started working on a biped walking robot made with M5Stack, but the 3D printer is not good.
My 3D printer is XYZ Printing's Da Vinci Jr.,
It seems that the filament guide tube 's fittings are broken and the filament is not fed in.



原因はわかっています。古いフィラメントを使ったら湿気でポキポキ折れてしまい
ガイドチューブ内に引っかかってしまいました。その際に無理やりチューブを抜こうとした時に継手が壊れたようです。
後悔先に立たず
フィーダー部の継手が壊れてチューブがすぐに抜けてしまいました。
エクストルーダー側と取り替えたら、今度はフィラメントが入って行きません。
新品に換えないとダメそうです。

I will not regret it
The joint of the feeder section broke and the tube quickly pulled out.
After replacing with the extruder side, the filament will not come in next time.
I have to change to a new one.








ただ、XYZプリンティングのサイトで補給部品を調べてみると、4000円します。
結構高い。
類似品をAmazonで見つけましたが、ネジ部が短いようでうまくいかない可能性が高いです。
どうするか検討中です。
